For years I have tried to find a true, pure, rich BLACK eyeshadow/base/liner. After research and testing dozens and dozens of brands and products, I have finally found that true, pure, and rich BLACK I&#8217;ve been looking for!!!! MAKEUP FOREVER! As a Makeup Artist, Makeup Forever is hands down one of my top 3 favorite makeup brands that exists out there. Makeup Forever&#8217;s products are the most highly pigmented I have yet to come across. Not only are they so rich in pigment, most of their products are so waterproof they are said to with stand even a full day of swimming. Makeup Forever is one of the more ARTFUL lines for makeup artists. Super rich colors, pigments, all sorts of funky artificial lashes, and super fun jewel assortments. So for any of you out there looking for the blackest of black eye primer, liner, or eyeshadow: Makeup Forever!!!!! &lt;3
